"I believe everything is transient, nothing lasts forever, including the difficult experiences we have in life. Sometimes what we need to do is to let go of control, trust the human experience and take the plunge. When we are willing to feel the discomfort and let go of every things else that's when we are most capable to grow"

Psychologist | Supervisor | Director

In my professional experience, I've worked with young adults, adults, and couples struggling with a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, perfectionism, trauma, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder (ADHD) and relationship problems through transitional periods of their lives. I believe therapy is a space for self-reflection, identity exploration, understanding patterns, and changing them to improve your life.

In therapy, I am warm and assertive. I will provide a space for you to express yourself freely without judgment. I aim to support you in figuring out how to live more in alignment with your Ikigai, which means your "reason for being" or "purpose." Through tailored interventions, guidance, and practical strategies, therapy will be a place for you to redefine yourself and your relationships.

Along with my work in private practice, I supervise at the College of Professional Psychologists. I also volunteer with Creative Mornings and have helped with organising TEDx events

Outside of my job as a therapist, I am also passionate about art, creativity, and physical health; I challenge myself through long-distance running and attend drawing classes to improve my observation skills.

I am proud to say that my Ikigai is my work as a psychologist, and I am grateful to feel fulfilled by meeting wonderful people ready to make changes in their lives.
