Online Therapy
Therapy from home
Telehealth is an effective way to access mental health support, especially for individuals who may have physical limitations, live in remote areas, or have busy schedules. It offers a level of care and privacy similar to in-person therapy while providing flexibility and accessibility.

We use a secure, encrypted web-based video platform designed to make the therapy process smooth, comfortable, and convenient for the client and psychologist to connect online.
Telehealth Support
Like in-person therapy, your psychologist will track your progress and make necessary adjustments to your treatment plan. You'll have the opportunity to discuss your concerns, goals, and any challenges you're facing.
Scheduling Your Appointment
Scheduling an appointment online with our psychologist is easy. We have an online portal where you can select a time that works with your schedule to book an appointment with a psychologist. We have various options available for appointments, including after-hours and weekends.
Technology Requirements
You'll need a device with a webcam and microphone, such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone, and a stable internet connection. We use a secure video conferencing platform designed explicitly for telehealth. Once the appointment is made, you will receive a link to connect to your psychologist via text message and email. All you need to do is attend your appointment online to speak to your psychologist.
Enviroment
You and your psychologist will log in to the Telehealth platform during the scheduled session. In your session, you can discuss your therapy needs, concerns and goals with your psychologist online. The interaction is similar to an in-person therapy session. Over time, you will form a real, genuine and authentic relationship with your therapist where you can discuss your life concerns within a safe, confidential space.
Duration and Frequency
Telehealth sessions typically last 50 minutes. The frequency and duration of sessions may vary based on your individual needs. During the first session, your psychologist will discuss your treatment plan, where you can discuss your goals for your sessions. Most clients may attend weekly or fortnightly sessions at the beginning and lengthen the time between sessions to monthly/bi-monthly over time.
