"In our chase for the good life we can sometimes lose clarity and end up feeling lost. These are the moments in which reconnecting with what is important to us, including ourselves can help us regain our sense of direction. Because the good life is just that, a direction, not a destination."

Online Psychologist
I am a warm and empathetic psychologist committed to assisting people to work through life challenges and move forward in a way that is meaningful to them. I don’t believe in a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach and I have a keen interest in collaborating with you to develop a plan that will attend to your unique needs and circumstances.
I have previously worked across various settings such as JobActive, Employee Assistance Programs, NDIS, short-term intervention services as well as private practice which have all contributed to my devotion for the field of mental health.

I am passionate about working with clients who may have difficulty in meeting their standards, managing their inner critic, coping with life transitions or those who simply just ‘feel stuck’. I also enjoy supporting clients with anxiety and mood management, work-related stress, relationship difficulties and grief.

Outside of work I enjoy engaging in various creative activities, caring for my growing indoor plant collection and spending time outdoors.
Taking the first step and reaching out can at times be daunting but know that I am available to help you move forward should you feel ready.
