Psychologist
Acknowledging that you need support takes courage.
I am here to provide a space for you to strengthen your personal and social identity. Meaningful change happens when you allow vulnerability to blossom in a therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable and deeply heard.

My approach is integrative, ensuring that my services are always tailored to your specific needs. My primary goal is to provide a safe space where we can acknowledge our shared humanity. Regardless of the challenges you're facing, I'm here to offer a space for healing and growth. I hope to support you on your journey to becoming the most authentic version of yourself.

As a registered psychologist, I've worked in different settings, including public and private organisations, providing counselling, coaching and assessment administration services. I am experienced in administering and interpreting the Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI) and an accredited Hogan profiler for workplaces. I also completed further training to conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for Neurodiverse populations, including individuals with Autism and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy reading and listening to interesting podcasts and lectures. I find that these activities, especially when combined with a relaxing walk, help me to unwind and recharge, allowing me to bring my best self to my work.
